Frederik De Vos
Senior Director Quality Operations, Advanced Therapies Platform Johnson & Johnson
With nearly two decades at Johnson & Johnson, Frederik is the Senior Director of Quality Operations for the Advanced Therapies Platform, overseeing end-to-end quality across global Cell and Gene Therapy manufacturing and testing. Previously, he served as Site Quality Head for J&J’s CAR-T manufacturing facility in Raritan, NJ, leading a 100+ member QA, QC, and Compliance team to ensure consistent product quality and inspection readiness.
Having held senior roles across supplier quality, biologics, and external manufacturing in both the U.S. and Europe, Frederik brings extensive expertise in global quality systems, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance. He holds a Master’s in Industrial Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences from Ghent University.
