Michael Karl Bauer is a Partner in the Venture Investments group at Novo Holdings, where he focuses on life sciences investments and supports the growth of innovative biotech companies. He is a Board Member of Myricx Bio, where Novo Holdings co-led the company’s Series A financing and supported the development of its novel ADC payload platform. Previously, Michael served as Medical Head of Clinical Development at Genmab and Head of Clinical Development at Janssen Research & Development. He holds a PhD and MSc, and completed Executive Education at Harvard Business School.
